RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Please note that these are natural food products, some are hand-made from natural raw-materials; there may be variation in color, size, and fragrance in different batches and packaging. Quality is assured though. No refunds, return or exchange will be issued in product quality case.
Since our products are perishable in nature and are food items we do not accept returns. In case you receive damaged goods, expired, defective, not as per your order details, or goods with a broken seal, please contact our support team at email@example.com within 7 days of order delivery.
A refund or exchange will be issued as per the discretion of Surana Organic Farms and on receipt of satisfactory images of the product with a clear visible time stamp on the image and seller bill receipt.
A refund will only be processed after completion of an appropriate investigation of the issue and the receipt of a satisfactory response.
